At FreshPouch, we offer FREE shipping on every order, no minimum purchase required. Whether you are ordering one bag or a full bundle, shipping is always on us.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 7–15 business days
Canada: 7–15 business days
International: 14–28 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package through the carrier website.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at rainandreveriey@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will resolve the issue promptly at no charge to you.
