Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. If your refund is not received after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@freshpouch.com with a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you with a replacement or full refund.
